Go to the Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset Portal: https://aka.ms/sspr
1. Enter your u/c-account and fill in the @karnovgroup.com or @nj.se
2. Select "I forgot my password" if you want to change your password or if it's expired. Select "I know my password, but still can't sign in" if you wish to unlock your account.
3. Choose your approval method - Use "Approve a notification on my authenticator app" and click on "Send notification"
4. Verify with your Authenticator on your phone
5. Enter your new password - Password must still comply with domain password requirements written below
Domain password complexity rules:
- Last password change MUST be more than 24 hours ago - if you or SD have reset your password within the last 24 hours, you cannot reset it. Contact SD
- Minimum 12 characters.
- Minimum 1 uppercase letter.
- Minimum 1 lowercase letter.
- Minimum 1 number.
- Minimum 1 of the following special characters: !"”@ $%&/()=?’`*+~#-_.,;:{[]}\<>|
- Does not contain parts of previously used password.
- Does not contain parts of name or lastname.
