If you have a visitor in the building then use the Outlook add-in AskCody Visitors to pre-register the visitor. Your visitor will receive welcome information on sms and mail and you as a host will get notified when the visitor arrives.
- In Outlook after you’ve added external attendees to your meeting invitation
- In upper right corner press AskCody Visitors
- Select the external visitors from the dropdown list
- Add Company and mobilenumber(optional) for each visitor
- Select the host to get notification on visitor arrival
- Finally press Send Visitor List To Reception
- A confirmation message will briefly show
Info: The reception can see you have an expected visitor, your visitor will 10 minutes prior your meeting receive a check-in SMS and mail, when the visitor has checked in then the host will receive an arrival notification. The visitor receives information on parking and wi-fi access.
Info: You and the visitor receives a notification to check-out the visitor. After the meeting just press this link, the reception is now informed.
TIP: If you forget to add the visitor to the visitor list through AskCody Visitors add-in, then the visitor can use the check-in screen in the reception.
